About Mel
I was born in San Jose, Costa Rica and I went to an English/Spanish bilingual school for 13 years. I have tutored people young and old for many years and consider myself to be an encouraging force to those who have had trouble learning the language!

Although I wouldn't consider myself a native speaker, I am great at teaching beginners Spanish to those of all ages. I think the most important part of learning a new language is speaking it, and that's exactly how we'll go about it!
