About Tamar
Hey there! I'm Tamar, an enthusiastic TEFL teacher with a passion for cultural exchange. I have taught English on various online platforms and enjoy connecting with students from diverse backgrounds. I believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and sharing their unique perspectives. I love learning about different cultures through my students' experiences. I like listening to various genres of music, from classical to jazz. I'm also a fan of world music and love attending concerts and music festivals. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy immersing myself in different cultures by trying new cuisines, visiting museums, and learning traditional dances.

As a private tutor, my methodology revolves around personalized instruction. I assess the student's needs and goals and tailor the lessons accordingly. I offer one-on-one lessons on improving specific language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, or writing. I provide targeted feedback, additional practice materials, and individualized support to ensure the student's progress. I encourage students to express their opinions, thoughts, and experiences while providing guidance and language correction as needed.
