About Rochelle

I have been involved in the resturant industry for over 15 years. My mother was a brilliant chef and also an Italian cooking teacher and restaurant owner. I learned to cook from a very young age where I began my love and appreciation for food and eating. I have travelled and lived in many countries where I have had the fortune to expand my knowledge of ingrdients,languages, flavours and recipes.

About the lesson

My classes are easy to follow, simple. I speak clearly so everyone can follow and understand. I will be cooking for you and you can choose to watch or participate. My classes are in English and through these lessons you can improve your English and your cooking skills.
