About Erika
Developing microphone technique and performance confidence requires a grounded approach to breathing control and resonance that I have refined over 11 years of coaching students. Sitting at the piano while a pupil finds their unique genre styling in pop or musical theater reveals how much physical coordination truly matters. I work with singers on sight singing and diction to ensure their articulation matches the emotional intent of the music. My 11 years spent navigating both classical and contemporary styles allow me to support those preparing for exams or building their stage presence through consistent practice habits.

"Singing should be a physical release rather than a source of tension when you understand the mechanics behind your voice. Admitting that practice feels like a chore is often the first step toward making it a purposeful part of your daily routine.
Since graduating with a BMus from the National University of Singapore, I have focused on making complex concepts like resonance and breathing control feel intuitive during our time together. I provide free access to my breathing and warm-up exercise notes to keep you grounded between meetings. My approach centers on finding genuine enjoyment in the way your voice responds to technical adjustments."
