Teaching feels like sharing a campfire song that happens to be a language. Sitting in a cafe in Montreal, I watch newcomers struggle to order coffee while feeling like outsiders. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music from McGill University and have spent 7 years guiding learners through the nuances of my native French.
My approach mirrors the storytelling found in works by Vigneault or Leloup. I have helped students from all backgrounds find their voice. It is rewarding work.
Helping others navigate the language landscape keeps me grounded. I have worked with over 100 students across my career. Sometimes the best progress happens when we simply talk.
