About Angana
I'm a final year student in world renowned Kalakshetra, Chennai. Started learning Bharatanatyam from a very tender age, considered it a fulfilling hobby till my passion took over and I decided to pursue it professionally. It was my teacher who gave me the confidence to approach this artform in such a holistic manner and I'm very excited to follow her footsteps and introduce you to the world of antiquity and tradition.

Learn nuances of abhinaya, theory,carnatic music,stage design, makeup, saree draping and much more! I have learned, fine tuned and performed Bharatanatyam for over 15 years and I am finally in the journey of turning my passion into a career! Due to my highly technical and intense program at Kalakshetra, I have a knack for precision, refinement and beauty.
Classes will be approached in a similar manner, with emphasis on proper body conditioning, alignment and injury prevention.
