About Tina Janardhanan
I am a Bharatanatyam Practitioner and an IT corporate professional, with several years of experience in learning and performing this beautiful art form. In today's fast-paced world, especially as women, we often get so caught up in our roles and responsibilities that we forget to reconnect with ourselves. Prana Dance School was born from this belief- that Bharatanatyam can be more than dance, it can be a pathway to self-expression, confidence and inner connection. My classes are designed for women who wish to explore Bharatanatyam at their own pace- whether you are a beginner, returning to dance after years, or simply looking for a meaningful space for yourself. You can dance for yourself and not for the stage always. PraNa is a space to move, express and reconnect!!!

PraNa's Bharatanatyam Dance school is a unique dance school that combines ancient Indian wisdom and modern emotional wellness. Our school is focused on healing rather than performance or exam-oriented sessions specializing in women-oriented sessions who would like to reduce stress, improve emotional expression, build inner confidence, create mental calmness and reconnect with oneself through Bharatanatyam. Through us one will experience Bharatanatyam as not just a dance form but as a journey inward. A space where one can pause, feel, express and reconnect with oneself.
