About Mathys
I am a native French speaker from Paris, currently living in Sydney. I am bilingual in French and English and recently completed a Master’s degree in International Business and Sales Management in France.
I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and sharing my language and culture. Having learned to communicate fluently in English myself, I understand the challenges of learning and becoming confident in another language.
I am patient, approachable and reliable, and I adapt my teaching style to each student’s level and objectives. My goal is to make learning French both effective and enjoyable, whether you want to improve for work, travel, studies or simply for personal interest.

My lessons can focus on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, and everyday French. I also enjoy helping students understand how French is actually spoken in France, including common expressions and natural ways of communicating.
