My approach to teaching French is practical, personalized, and focused on helping students feel confident using the language in real-life situations.
My teaching methodology
I adapt each lesson to the student's level, goals, and learning style. I combine conversation, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, and writing exercises rather than relying only on textbooks. I encourage students to speak French as much as possible and provide corrections and explanations in a supportive way.
A typical lesson
A typical lesson begins with a short conversation or review of the previous session. We then focus on a specific skill or topic, such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or comprehension. The second part of the lesson is dedicated to practical exercises and conversation so the student can immediately apply what they have learned. We finish with feedback and clear objectives for the next lesson.
What sets me apart
As a bilingual tutor, I can explain difficult concepts clearly in both French and English when necessary. I focus not only on helping students understand French, but also on helping them become comfortable speaking it. My professional experience has also taught me how to communicate clearly, listen carefully, and adapt my approach to different people.
Who my lessons are for
My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners. I can help students improve conversational French, grammar, pronunciation, reading, writing, and comprehension, whether they are learning French for school, work, travel, personal development, or simply to become more confident communicating in French.
