About Anisha
My name is Anisha, and I am a Biochemistry student with a strong background in mathematics and statistics. I have developed a solid understanding of these subjects through my academic coursework, where I regularly apply quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
As a tutor, my goal is to help students build both confidence and competence in math and statistics. From there, I introduce or revisit key concepts, work through example problems step-by-step, and then allow the student to practice independently while I provide guidance and feedback. I like to end sessions with a quick summary of the main ideas and strategies the student can use on their own.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to explain complex topics clearly and accessibly. As a Biochemistry student, I regularly apply mathematics, statistics, and analytical thinking in my coursework, which helps me connect concepts to practical applications. I am also patient, encouraging, and committed to helping students develop both problem-solving skills and confidence in their abilities.
