About Ritam
As someone who has spent so much time working on optimizing my own diet, workout plans and recovery to gain the best results in the least amount of time using topics of biology and physics that I am very familiar with, I've been able to formulate in-depth guides.
I see the amazing effects of muscle growth in all aspects of life and understand how important it is for self-worth, so I do my absolute best to make sure the process is fun and non-repetitive to help maintain consistency.

I usually use a whiteboard and excel sheets to format tables and related things.
I take 3 steps while completely optimizing a workout for a client
nutrition, split, and form.
Since I understand in depth biomechanics, I have the ability to explain each muscle's function and response in training. Hence feeding into my ability to provide in depth analysis of motions.
