Team Core Gyms' master trainer, I design and deliver personalized and functional training programs to help clients achieve their fitness goals. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I leverage my skills and knowledge in kickboxing, Cross Training, nutrition, and wellness to provide the best service to my clients.
In addition to my role as a master trainer, I am also a fitness blogger, sharing my insights and tips on various topics related to fitness. In 2018, I won the national gold medal in bodybuilding from NABA, demonstrating my passion and dedication for fitness. I hold a bachelor's degree in business administration from Don Bosco School, with a focus on health and physical education. I constantly update my skills and certifications to stay ahead of the latest trends and innovations in the fitness industry.
