About Devya
My interest in biology grew from curiosity about how life functions at both microscopic and systemic levels. I completed a B.Sc in Biological Sciences, studying genetics, physiology, microbiology, and ecology. Over 10 years of teaching, I have helped students move from confusion to understanding through patient explanation. I believe biology should feel logical and approachable. My teaching emphasizes clarity, connection, and adaptability. I support students by breaking complex processes into manageable steps and reinforcing them through discussion. Beyond teaching, I stay engaged with biology through continuous learning and scientific reading. Teaching biology is fulfilling because I see learners grow more confident and curious. Supporting students as they explore life sciences with understanding and assurance is at the heart of my work.
