About Praise
Hello! I’m Praise, a passionate and patient Biology and General Science tutor. I love teaching because there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a student go from “I don’t understand this” to confidently solving questions on their own.
I want my students to see Science as something they can understand, not something they have to fear or simply memorize. My goal is to create a friendly learning environment where you can ask questions freely, learn at your own pace, and build genuine confidence.
Whether you’re preparing for an exam, struggling with a difficult topic, or simply want to improve your Science knowledge, I’m here to support you and help you achieve your goals. Let’s make learning Science simpler, clearer, and more enjoyable together!

Techniques and teaching methodology
My lessons are patient, interactive, and tailored to each student’s learning style and level. I explain difficult Biology and Science concepts in simple terms, use practical examples, encourage questions, and give students opportunities to practise and apply what they have learned.
Typical length of a lesson
Each lesson typically lasts 1 hour, with the pace adjusted according to the student’s needs and learning goals.
Qualifications and experience as a tutor
I have experience helping students with their studies since my secondary-school years and continued supporting students during my JUPEB A-Level programme and through additional teaching experience. I studied Microbiology and Cellular Biology at JUPEB A-Level, alongside Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, giving me a strong foundation in the sciences.

My lessons are suitable for primary and secondary-school students, as well as students preparing for examinations or looking to strengthen their Biology and General Science knowledge. I can teach beginners and students who need extra support with difficult topics. Lessons can be adapted to the student’s age, academic level, and specific learning goals.
