About Jackson
Hello! My name is Jackson Farrar. I am working towards my undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at Clemson University. I am looking to continue my academic career by completing a master's thesis in evolutionary biomechanics. For the past year, I have been working as a tutor for Clemson's Programs for Educational Enrichment and Retention (PEER) in the College of Engineering, Computing, and Applied Sciences (CECAS). Basically I help students in the engineering college through many complicated science and math courses.
My goal is to remove the frustration from studying and replace it with genuine academic confidence. Whether you are preparing for a high-stakes organic chemistry exam, trying to untangle genetic inheritance, or breaking down human anatomy, I provide a structured, supportive, and engaging learning environment tailored entirely to your goals. Let's work together to turn your hardest classes into your strongest subjects!

My tutoring approach focuses on transforming passive memorization into intuitive problem-solving for rigorous STEM courses like organic chemistry, general chemistry, statistics, biology, anatomy, and genetics.
A typical session begins with a quick diagnostic of your current homework or exam roadblocks, transitions into a targeted breakdown of core concepts using a digital whiteboard, and finishes with high-yield practice problems where you drive the solution while I provide real-time coaching.
What sets me apart is my extensive experience as a university science tutor and academic enrichment coordinator. I know exactly where students get stuck in these high-stakes "weed-out" classes, and I share the strategic shortcuts and frameworks that actually work. These lessons are designed for high school and undergraduate students—especially pre-med, biology, and allied health majors—looking to master difficult material and secure top grades.
