About Stefani
I have been passionate about Biology since my senior year of high school. (Thanks, Mr. Ford!)
During my STEM Teach minor at UCA, I have had several internships in local public and charter schools for the last 3 years and have been able to work with some wonderful students.
My goal is to introduce kids to the natural wonders of the Earth and cultivate their passion for science long after I am gone.

My approach as a teacher includes an open-minded classroom or video-chat environment, problem-based learning, and inquiry-based learning. It can be difficult to motivate students sometimes, but presenting them with a problem or that needs solving, or a question with no answer, can be an effective way to engage even the most blasé teen!
