My teaching approach focuses on making Science and Biology simple, engaging, and easy to understand for students of all academic levels. As a cum laude Biology graduate and registered microbiologist, I use clear explanations, relatable real-life examples, visual aids, diagrams, and practice questions to help students understand concepts rather than simply memorize facts. I tailor my teaching methods to each student's learning style, pace, and academic needs.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous topics, followed by an explanation of new concepts using examples and illustrations. We then work through exercises and practice questions together, address challenging areas, and finish with a quick assessment to reinforce learning and monitor progress.
What sets me apart is my strong academic background in Biology, hands-on laboratory experience, and genuine passion for teaching. I strive to create a supportive and interactive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring scientific concepts, and learning from their mistakes. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to develop their confidence, critical-thinking skills, and appreciation for science.
My lessons are for elementary, high school, and college students. I can help elementary students with general Science, high school students with Biology and other Science subjects, and college students with Biology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, and other related life science subjects. Whether you need help with homework, difficult lessons, examinations, or building a stronger foundation in science, I am committed to helping you achieve your academic goals!
