About Simon
My passion for biology emerged from a fascination with life’s diversity, from molecular interactions to ecosystem dynamics. I pursued a B.Sc in Biology and an M.Sc in Molecular Biology to gain comprehensive theoretical knowledge and hands-on laboratory experience. Over 11 years, I have worked with learners of diverse levels, helping them build conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, and a genuine curiosity about living systems.
I adopt a student-centered, adaptable teaching approach, focusing on individualized guidance and paced learning. Lessons combine diagrams, interactive exercises, real-world examples, and reflective discussion to foster deep understanding. Encouraging observation, inquiry, and critical analysis is central to my methodology, ensuring learners develop both skills and confidence in their knowledge.
Beyond teaching, I engage with contemporary research, ecological studies, and laboratory projects to enrich lessons with real-world relevance. Witnessing students transform from confusion to mastery, gaining critical thinking skills and an appreciation for life sciences, is profoundly rewarding.
