About Reid
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences and have spent 5 years helping students develop a stronger understanding of Biology. My interest in the subject began through a fascination with living organisms and the complexity of natural systems. Teaching gives me the opportunity to share that enthusiasm while supporting student success.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes clear communication, active participation, and supportive guidance. I enjoy helping students break down complex ideas into understandable concepts that can be applied confidently. Every learner receives instruction adapted to their strengths and educational objectives.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring environmental topics, reading scientific discoveries, and learning about advances in genetics and ecology. These interests help me bring fresh and relevant content into lessons. Supporting students as they gain confidence in Biology is one of the most rewarding aspects of my teaching journey.
