About Maia
I studied Biomedical Sciences at the University of Barcelona, where I developed a strong foundation in Biology, Chemistry, and human health sciences. This year, I will continue my academic journey by starting a Master's degree in Bioinformatics in Amsterdam, combining my background in life sciences with computational approaches.

As a Biomedical Science graduate, I am passionate about helping students understand concepts rather than simply memorizing them. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to each individual's needs, pace, and goals.
My lessons are interactive, well-structured, and focused on building confidence. I combine clear explanations with practical exercises, exam-style questions, and effective study techniques to help students develop strong problem-solving skills and achieve lasting results.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged if needed.
I teach Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics whether they need support with coursework, exam preparation, or want to improve their overall understanding of the subject. My aim is to create a positive and motivating learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and reaching their full potential.
