About Logan
I am a Biomedical Science graduate from UQ with a strong background in chemistry, biology, and biochemistry. My experience in research and tutoring allows me to break down complex topics into clear, understandable concepts. I am passionate about helping students build confidence and master their subjects. My approach is structured yet flexible, tailored to each student’s learning style. Whether preparing for ATAR exams or uni coursework, I provide engaging, effective lessons that focus on conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and exam techniques. I focus on building a strong conceptual foundation while tailoring my approach to each student’s learning style. My sessions are interactive, incorporating real-world examples, problem-solving exercises, and active recall techniques to reinforce understanding. I also emphasize exam strategies and critical thinking to help students apply their knowledge effectively. Not to mention, if assignment help is needed, I'm great for advice! Lessons typically last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s needs. This allows enough time for concept explanation, practice questions, and addressing any difficulties. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from UQ and have experience in research. I have a strong background in chemistry, biochemistry, and biology, and have provided academic support to peers throughout my studies, as well as freelance tutoring in my spare time. I tutor high school (Year 10-12) and university-level students in chemistry and biology. My lessons are ideal for students preparing for ATAR exams, university coursework, or anyone seeking to strengthen their understanding of the subjects I've incurred a massive HECS debt to become an expert in.
