About Erick
I am passionate about sports, an amateur athlete from Sanda, but I have also competed in Kuoshu. I've always liked helping and teaching people, it's no wonder I got into physical education.
Just as sport changed my life, helping me to have self-confidence and improving my self-esteem, with weight loss and muscle toning I want to be able to provide the same thing to my students.

The classes are developed according to the student's objective and always respecting the biological individuality of each one. I mix fighting techniques and also functional training, letting the class flow dynamically and without monotony.
We always start classes with mobility exercises to warm up the joints, then a general warm-up to start pumping blood to the muscles and increase the heart rate, the technical part that will be developed in the class. the general training, with fighting techniques and the functional part on the sideboards and we finish with a stretch to calm down.
