About Maria
Hey, I’m Maria! I’m a movement lover, Psycho-Somatic Facilitator, yoga instructor, and professional dancer. I’m all about working out like a badass and taking time to ground, breathe, and restore. I believe fitness should make you feel strong, alive, and deeply connected to yourself and your vitality! Beyond the studio, I’m a traveller at heart. I love exploring new cultures, getting inspired by landscapes and stories. I’m also an artist—I paint, sing, and spend hours reading... happy to get totally lost in books. My approach is all about wholeness—balancing intensity with softness, discipline with joy, movement with meaning. I’m here to support your journey into strength, confidence, and full-body aliveness. I offer a transformative fitness experience that blends body love, strength, and mindfulness. With an emphasis on breathwork, grounding movements, and mindful sound release, these classes are perfect for anyone seeking a holistic approach to fitness—whether you're looking to improve flexibility, increase strength, or simply cultivate body love. All levels are welcome, and each session is designed to be both challenging and restorative, leaving you feeling empowered, balanced, and rejuvenated. PHYSICAL EMOTIONAL MENTAL Intentional engagement of specific muscle groups for extended periods of time builds strength and resilience in the physical body. -Traditional cardio blasts (jumping jacks, burpees) and frequent interval training (systematically raising and lowering the heart rate) stretch your cardiovascular system, produce sweat, and detoxification. -Activate the parasympathetic nervous system—plus recenter and restore the body—through stretching, breathwork, and meditation. -Practice interoception and proprioception, both important aspects of body awareness, to better understand the relationship between the physical body's movements and its internal state.
