About HARDIK
I have done Yoga Instructor Course (YIC) and I have also done a 3 years of degree in yoga (BSc Yoga Therapy) from A+ Svyasa Yoga University, Bengaluru. I'm pursuing a Post graduation degree in Yoga Therapy, with the experience of more than 8 years in the field of Yoga. Yoga is a human technology. It's the science of consciousness. Through yoga practice, a person knows his body and mind better. Health is just an additional benefit.
