About Padraig
I am a qualified primary school teacher with several years’ experience teaching students from Year 1 to Year 6. I am passionate about helping children build confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love of learning across all key primary subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, History, and ICT.
My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each child’s individual needs, ensuring steady progress while keeping learning enjoyable and accessible. I place a strong focus on developing core skills, understanding, and independent thinking in a supportive and encouraging environment.

I deliver clear, supportive, and well-structured Math tutoring for children aged 7–12, helping them build confidence and a strong understanding of key primary topics. I use practical examples, guided practice, and interactive activities to keep students engaged and ensure real understanding, not just task completion. Each session is tailored to the child’s individual pace and needs, helping them strengthen reasoning skills and develop a positive attitude towards Math.

Details
65 per hour Online lessons are delivered via Zoom/Teams and include structured, interactive teaching with clear explanations, guided practice, and shared resources. This option is slightly more affordable as there are no travel costs involved.
In-Person Lessons: $70–$80 per hour In-person lessons include travel time and fuel within Matraville and surrounding suburbs. For locations further away, a small additional travel fee may apply depending on distance.
