About Hazanul
Hi, I’m Hazanul, a passionate Running Personal Trainer based in London. I love helping people discover how strong, confident, and capable they can become through running. No matter your current level — beginner, casual jogger, or someone training for a big race — I’ll guide you step by step to improve your fitness, build endurance, and enjoy running more than ever. I started my own fitness journey as an everyday runner and learnt how much proper training, mindset, and consistency can change your results. That’s why my sessions focus on helping you train smarter, move better, and feel proud of your progress. Running isn’t just about pace or distance — it’s about energy, confidence, and a sense of achievement every time you finish a run. My goal is to make every session enjoyable, encouraging, and tailored to what works best for you.

Duration & Structure Each session lasts 60 minutes and is tailored to your current fitness level and running goals. A typical session includes: 1. Warm-up & Mobility Work – Light jogs, dynamic stretches, and activation drills to prepare your muscles. 2. Main Training Phase – Focused running exercises based on your goal: • Endurance & long-run development • Interval or tempo training to improve speed • Strength & conditioning for runners (core, glutes, legs) 3. Form & Technique Correction – Real-time guidance on posture, stride, cadence, and breathing. 4. Cool Down & Stretching – To enhance recovery and prevent injuries. 5. Performance Feedback & Progress Tips – At the end of each session, you’ll get feedback and advice to apply between sessions. ⸻ Who My Sessions Are For My sessions are designed for: • Beginners looking to start running safely and confidently • Regular runners wanting to improve pace, stamina, or form • Marathon & half-marathon runners seeking structured training • Anyone aiming to lose weight, build endurance, or tone their body through running ⸻ What You’ll Learn • How to run efficiently without wasting energy • How to breathe correctly and maintain rhythm • How to increase speed and endurance with proper pacing • How to avoid common running injuries • How to build a strong, balanced body that supports running performance ⸻ Where We Train • Outdoor sessions: Parks, tracks, or open spaces in London (Chelsea, Wimbledon, Battersea, or nearby areas) • Indoor sessions: Gym-based workouts (strength & form correction) • Online option: Technique & form consultation via video ⸻ Goal of My Training My main goal is to help you run smarter, not just harder — improving your performance through technique, strength, and consistency. Every session is motivating, structured, and designed to get measurable results.
