Everyone's approach to studying is different, my hope is to help my students identify what study techniques work best for them and how to best approach tough problems in science! I believe that focusing on a student's thought process rather than content alone is key to achieving growth and understanding, especially in the sciences. One of the best ways that I have learned as a student has been through observing my peers' approaches to problem solving. Therefore, my tutoring philosophy is to help my students master their ideal approach to problem solving in their science courses.
