I have been a boxer for around 7 years and spend a lot of time in the gym and eating healthy. I have helped many people lose weight, get fit, learn to box, lift weights and eat right.. the results have been amazing.

Hi, I'm Mel. I'm a boxer with around 7yrs experience. I teach strength training, weightlifting, weight loss, boxing and diet through video lessons. I am very patient, easy going and I believe in pushing people to their limits to get the results they want to achieve.
