I’m passionate about teaching because I believe martial arts and fitness offer so much more than just physical strength-they build confidence, improve mental health, and empower people to learn new skills that last a lifetime. My goal is to help each student get fitter, stronger, and more self-assured while enjoying the journey of personal growth. Whether you want to boost your fitness, learn effective self-defence, or simply challenge yourself in a supportive environment, I’m here to guide and motivate you every step of the way. Martial arts and fitness have helped me build confidence, improve my mental health, and connect with a supportive community. I’m passionate about sharing these benefits to help you get fit, learn new skills, and grow both physically and mentally. Together, we’ll work towards your goals in a positive and encouraging environment.

About the lesson

I focus on a hands-on, technique-driven teaching methodology that combines practical drills, conditioning, and real-scenario applications to build skills effectively. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, allowing enough time for warm-up, skill development, and cool-down. I am a boxing and fitness coach with over 10 years of martial arts experience, including wrestling and Jiu Jitsu (no-gi Jiu Jitsu) and have competed in each sport. My lessons are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and are suitable for ages 12 and up, tailored to each student’s individual goals and pace.
