About Hasan

Advanced Boxing instructor and functional fitness trainer. Have been involved in both Boxing and fitness for a decade.

I work with my clients to unlock their potential. I cater individually and completely to each client, motivating them to refine their boxing, learn lots and have fun.

I have experience instructing young kids to teenagers to Adults and seniors.

About the lesson

Boxing is a skill first and foremost so refining the fundamental skills is key. I’m familiar with every modern style of Boxing and teach my students to be highly adaptive and capable boxers via versatility, ring IQ, situational awareness, punching ability, defensive positioning.

The session usually involves pad work, engaging partner drills, learning Boxing principles, methods, movements and lots of drills.

Unless the client has an ideal location to train at, we will practice at a local park or training ground that suits.
