About Ben

I’m Ben Nash, a movement director, dancer and tutor with a background in breakdance, physical theatre and performance. I’ve performed at Breaking Convention, danced with hip-hop company Blue, appeared at Glastonbury Festival multiple times, and featured in music videos. Alongside performing, I’ve produced and delivered breakdance events with BBOYTV for over ten years and run my own dance school. My teaching blends disciplined physical training with creativity, musicality and personal expression, supporting dancers to build strong, expressive bodies and confident movement voices.

About the lesson

My B-boy lessons develop a strong, responsive dancer’s body while honouring creativity, rhythm and personal expression. We train strength, coordination and control as tools for movement, not just fitness, allowing technique and artistry to grow together. Sessions are focused and purposeful, but never harsh — effort is balanced with curiosity, musicality and play. You’ll be encouraged to explore your own style, build confidence through movement, and discover how disciplined ! training can open expressive freedom rather than limit it.
