About Vanessa
Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance Certified Breathing Coach. I offer online and private classes in Barcelona.
Each class is different and is specially designed for you and / or the needs of the group.
In Hatha Vinyasa Yoga classes we perform dynamic sequences of exercises , postures, breathing techniques, concentration and meditation.
I also teach classes on breathing techniques, sessions focused on personal development and stress and energy management.
My mission is to help you cultivate your body, while at the same time create a deep and transformative practice. I hope to provide you with the tools you need to find that space of harmony in your life.

My name is Vanessa, I am a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher and Breathing Coach.
Trained in Sociology, I made a career in Italy in the creative sector. Unsatisfied with the direction my life was taking and after a personal crisis, I decided to move to Barcelona and renew myself. Life decided for me and Yoga appeared.
Without much expectation, I started practicing Yoga.
And practice gave me so much that I decided to study, to better understand the reason for these revolutionary changes in my life. Little by little, my interest in Yoga has led me to study different styles: Hatha Vinyasa, Raja Hatha Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Pranayama techniques and I continue studying.
My classes are dynamic and creative, and I offer proposals for the different practitioners in class through a practice of presence and connection, of strength and also (why not?) a bit of humor.
