About Bella

I’m Bulgarian and have a great passion for the language. I am a very linguistic person as I speak 4 languages, English, Bulgarian, Spanish and German. This means I am very familiar with learning various languages and how to do this in the most fun and easiest way possible. I have also continued to use and practise my Bulgarian while living here, I'm fluent in Bulgarian and will be happy to teach anyone of any age at whatever level they require. I know there are many Bulgarians who have moved here and maybe their child is struggling with speaking or reading Bulgarian, and if they are I will be happy to help them get in touch with their roots and to confidently speak their mother tongue. I will also be happy to teach beginners!

About the lesson

It will be very individual, depending upon what the student needs. My teaching is very flexible, I can teach them reading or writing, we can go through literature together, whatever the pupil feels that they are struggling with. My lessons are very interactive and engaging, as I can teach my students through songs, mnemonics, poems and fun videos! I believe that after my lessons they will feel more confident in whichever area of the Bulgarian language they were struggling with, or weren’t very confident with.

Bella is a great tutor she has always been really good at English and whenever I haven’t understood something she would always explain it so clearly that after that I just got it. I was like ‘woah that actually makes sense you know’. I can’t praise her enough or thank her enough for how much she’s helped me. Last year I finally got that grade 8 in my English Language GCSE, after years of getting 5s and 4s. I could have never done it without her. Thank you mate.
