About Vanessa
I am a Bsc Biochemistry and Chemistry graduate currently pursuing a PGCE ( postgraduate certificate in education) at Rhodes University in Grahamstown. I am passionate about learning and teaching science methods and ideologies. I have tutored natural sciences, biology and chemistry for over a year now and my grade 12 students went on to acquire distinctions in Life science.

I am an interactive teacher who believes in the problem solving approach as it induces active learning. I teach natural sciences for grade 8s and 9s, biology for grades 10 - 12 and Chemistry up to university level. I believe that teaching should only happen so that learning can happen.
