Hi! I’m Monika Singh, a passionate and dedicated science educator with a strong academic background in Zoology (B.Sc. Hons.) and a keen interest in bioinformatics and life sciences. Teaching Techniques and Methods Concept-Based Learning: I focus on strengthening the basics before moving to complex topics. I break down tough concepts using real-life analogies, diagrams, and flowcharts. Interactive Teaching: I ask questions, encourage students to think, and create a two-way dialogue to keep learning active. Customized Notes & Mind Maps: I provide well-organized handwritten notes, short summaries, and mind maps to help with quick revisions. Practice & Feedback: I regularly conduct quizzes, MCQs, and short tests to evaluate progress and give personalized feedback. Structure of My Classes Each class generally follows this structure: 1. Warm-Up/Recap (5–10 mins): Quick review of the previous lesson. 2. Main Lesson (30–40 mins): Detailed explanation of concepts with examples and visual aids. 3. Practice Time (10–15 mins): Interactive Q&A, exercises, or short quizzes. 4. Doubt Solving (5–10 mins): Clarify individual doubts and ensure full understanding. I also give follow-up tasks or quick worksheets to reinforce learning outside the class.
