About Josiah
As I have had unique educational experiences, it has provided me with the ability to view learning in a different light, this allows me to explain things in a more distinct way to most people. I love tutoring because of the effect it has on someone, it provides one with not just knowledge, but new ideas and new passions. Watching someone learn something 4 times faster than I learnt that same thing is one of the most satisfying things about tutoring.

I am Josiah, I was home educated throughout my childhood, I got through some very difficult times without teachers, but only after going to college for 3 years and now studying a degree in Computer Science I have come to understand the very fundamentals of learning, the best ways to learn a subject, I have been able to put my knowledge to the test, tutoring my 4 younger siblings over the years. I am able to provide flexible length lessons on programming and coding, including game making and building websites. Programming can be hard and confusing at first but once you understand all the concepts you will know how to create anything!

Perfect! Positive attitude, easy to communicate and reliable. My son is struggling with coding and Josiah has patience and skills to help him to find his way. We have had only two lessons so far but look forward to have many more.
