About Ayra
I am a BSc student at the University of Waterloo. I have been a TEDx speaker, a Round Square speaker & a UNCC x UNITAR speaker in the past. My passions for education and teaching are very well reflected in my experiences with mentoring and tutoring underprivileged children, children with needs, and children who wanted to become better debaters. The age groups I have taught in the past include children between the ages of 8-16!

With my experience in tutoring and mentoring for years, as a student myself, I know best how my fellow peers' minds work. Therefore, I teach by communicating what the individuals' needs and wants are. These are extremely important as I formulate my lesson plans around them. Although testing will be included the learning in subsequent classes will be done via active-learning methods. I am also willing to provide handwritten notes! Aside from my competitive rates, I will also ensure that there is a smooth flow of workload that will not coincide with other workloads from other activities for you.
