About Mehna
Hello! I’m a graduate from NIT Calicut, Class of 2025, with a background in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a strong foundation in Mathematics and Computer Science (Java, OOPs, DSA). Though I’m an engineer by degree, I’ve always been passionate about teaching. I genuinely enjoy helping students understand concepts clearly and grow confident in their learning. I know what it's like to feel stuck or afraid to ask questions — so I create a space where students feel heard, supported, and never judged. Whether you’re just starting out with Java or trying to improve your school math scores, I’ll guide you patiently and at your pace. As a passionate teacher and an NIT graduate, I focus on making concepts simple, relatable, and long-lasting for every student — whether it's school-level Mathematics or Java programming. I believe learning should feel less like memorizing and more like understanding why something works. I start with the basics and build up step by step so no one feels lost. I use real-life examples and visual aids (drawings, charts, animations when needed) to explain abstract concepts. I regularly use interactive questions, short quizzes, and hands-on problems to keep the class engaging. Quick revision of the last session (5 mins) Concept explanation with examples (20–30 mins) Problem-solving/practice questions together (15–20 mins) Doubt clearing + Homework discussion (10 mins) I’m patient, approachable, and clear in my teaching. I never judge doubts — students feel comfortable asking anything.
