About Arianna
Upon earning a Master's Degree in Middle Eastern Studies in Venice, I went on to explore the world and improve the many languages I had studied in Italy.
(AKA: I know what it means to embark on this journey, the ups and downs that come with it!)
After living in the Middle East, where I refined my MSA and learned to converse in Egyptian Arabic, I gave my Spanish a confidence boost in Bolivia, and Portuguese a chance in Brazil.
I developed a passion for British stand-up comedy in the UK and for German nursery rhymes in Berlin.
Along the way (for almost 15 years now) I have had the honor of teaching Italian to the most diverse groups of people: from high school pupils and students with learning disabilities to young adults needing to integrate into the Italian school system, to pensioners dreaming of their next holiday "La Dolce Vita" style.

A lesson with me is a safe space where you'll feel comfortable experimenting with the Italian language.
As it takes two to tango, we'll decide together the most suitable learning plan to achieve your goals, while keeping it fun and relaxed.
During our lessons, we will talk about topics you are passionate about. At the same time, I'll happily share bits of info and interesting facts about Italian culture, and society.
The material we'll use ranges from the (oldie but goldie) written exercises to excerpts from newspapers, songs, films, TV shows, and much more.
I am available to teach online, and can confidently teach in English.
