About Uche
I am a Business consultant and Human Resource practitioner with a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing and a Masters degree in Industrial Relations and Managing Human Resources.
I am also an experienced Teacher, who studied in the UK and also have 2 years of professional experience teaching students of all learning capabilities (including children with special needs) and more than 10 years non professional experience teaching.

I am a practical and visual teacher. I prefer using the visualization method when teaching my students so as to bring academic concepts to life.
My teaching method helps my students understand how the knowledge gained from their school education applies in the real world.
Although I sometimes, albeit very rarely, use the traditional method of teaching whereby I encourage memorisation and recitation techniques of learning, I encourage my students to learn more from practical activities that are linked to what they have memorised in order to develop their critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Essentially, my classes are more activity based, using questioning, explaining, demonstration and collaboration techniques.
This enables my students not only learn better but also recall what they've learnt and utilise their knowledge in real life situations.
