About Felicity
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have been teaching Business and General English for over 15 years.
I work with adults of all ages and ability levels.
I have been teaching English for over 15 years in the UK and Italy.
My students include people with a wide range of commercial, technical, academic and general business backgrounds as well as people studying General English.
My students have included employees of large and small companies as well as independent individuals.
I have worked with employees of prestigious companies including The Financial Times, IBM, Hitachi, EDF, Sumitomo and Fiat, as well as international organisations such as the United Nations, the European Parliament and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Before working as a language teacher, I worked for some time as a market analyst, researching international commodities and financial markets, as well as international economics and politics, and writing reports and articles on those subjects.

I have a CRB certificate.
- Where and with whom did you train?
I trained in London and Barcelona and am qualified by the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry to teach Business English.

- How much do you charge?
I charge £30/hour
If the work involves travel outside central London, my travel costs will be added to my basic rate
- Where do you teach?
I usually work in the central London area.
I would expect to negotiate the precise location for lessons with each student.
- When are you available?
I am available in normal office hours from Monday to Friday and, by arrangement with individual students, I can also work on some evenings or at the weekend.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach adults only. I teach speaking, listening, reading and writing skills to students with all levels of ability - from beginners to advanced.
