About Constance

I’m Constance, an entrepreneur and business owner based in Oxfordshire, with a background in sales, business development, marketing and brand building.

I’ve worked across different areas of business, from developing client relationships and commercial strategies to launching and growing my own brands. I understand both the exciting and challenging sides of starting a business, and how much there is to learn beyond a textbook.

I’ve always been interested in entrepreneurship, and I’d love to help young people develop that same confidence, whether they’re studying Business at A-Level, exploring their first business idea or ready to take the next step.

My aim is to make business feel approachable, interesting and relevant to the real world, sharing practical knowledge and experiences that students can genuinely use.

About the lesson

My sessions are relaxed, practical and tailored to each individual’s goals, whether you’re studying A-Level Business or thinking about starting your own business.

For A-Level students, I can help break down business concepts, explore real-world examples and build confidence in applying what you’ve learnt.

For aspiring entrepreneurs, we can work through everything from developing an initial idea to branding, marketing, pricing, understanding your customers and getting a business off the ground.

I believe business is best understood through real experience, so I bring examples from my own work in business development, sales and running businesses into our sessions.

I also believe in giving you something tangible to take away from each session. Where appropriate, I create bespoke physical learning resources, including printed worksheets, practical exercises, case studies and business-planning templates, tailored to your goals and interests. These are designed to support independent learning and give you something useful to refer back to between sessions.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. We’ll work at your pace, focus on what you want to achieve and make each session genuinely useful.
