About Nadege

Bonjour!

I'm Nadège, French, based in London, with a postgraduate qualification in Teaching French as a Foreign Language (DUEFLES) from the Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris.

Before that, I spent twenty years working with words for a living: as a journalist for leading French national media (20 Minutes, Le Figaroscope, Prisma Media, Lagardère News), and as an editorial consultant for French and international brands. I also taught professional writing for four years at university level in France.

What I'm best at is professional French: meetings, emails, presentations, interviews, negotiations. It's the French I worked in for twenty years, and I know how it behaves at its most demanding levels.

I work with adults from A2 to C2, in person in London and online.

About the lesson

Everyone comes to French for a different reason: a job in a French company, clients in Paris, a move to France, or simply the pleasure of the language. The programme follows yours.

What doesn't change is the method. We work from real French: press articles, podcasts, press releases, LinkedIn posts, emails... Alongside it, focused practice on the points that need it, until they become automatic. And we follow a proper progression, so each session builds on the last and what you learn stays with you.

The first 30 minutes are free: where you are, where you need to get to, and by when. After every lesson you get a summary, follow up materials and, if you want them, corrections.

£45/hr online, £50/hr in person across south and central London: Chelsea, Fulham, Battersea, South Kensington, Victoria, the City.

10-hour block: £410, with a written progress review halfway through.

Lessons Monday to Friday, early mornings and evenings included.
