About Sahil
I am Sahil Rajput from India. I'm doing Calisthenics and Street lifting since 2018 (properly) and roughly since 2015. I am a state champion and gold medalist in armwrestling also. My Street Lifting personal records are as follows- (BW= Bodyweight) -> Pullup - 55kg (+BW) -> Muscleup - 20kg (+BW) -> Pushup - 70kg (+BW) -> Dip - 75kg (+BW) I'm also a sprinter (100 and 200m) and high jumper. I have a vast and diverse knowledge about bodyweight workout and gym workout too. I'm also a medical student so I also know very well about the body's anatomy and physiology. I hope I can fulfill your fitness goals. So just let me give a chance.

I'll personally teach you to get control of your whole body through Calisthenics with increased mobility and flexibility. From very beginner like pushups, pull ups, dips, muscle ups, etc. to pro advance level skills like Front Lever, Back lever, Hefesto, Handstand, Freestyle Pushups, Planche, etc. No major equipment or gym will be required. It will be done only through your bodyweight. I generally divide the body in 3 major sections i.e. Upper body, Core and Lower body so that your whole body can be trained effectively throughout a week. I also add resistance training in the workout and train plyometrics as well as isometrics for performance boost. I also give armwrestling training with top notch exercises and techniques work like top roll, hook, press etc. to enhance your progress in AW. I will also provide you the customized diet plan according to your need i.e. weight loss or weight gain. It keeps you fit and healthy and also boosts your confidence in your day-to-day life. Already teaching clients from California, New York, Riyadh, New Jersey, Canada, Dubai and India. So folks keep learning and keep achieving!
