I have been practicing calisthenics for over 1 year and focus on building strength, balance, and body control through bodyweight training. Skills I can demonstrate & teach: Handstand & Headstand (balance & control) One-Leg Squats (pistol squats) Upside Down Crunches One-Arm Push-ups Anchored Leg Raises Dragonfly Core Hold My training style is simple: start from basics, master form, then progress step by step. I enjoy helping beginners gain confidence and strength while making workouts fun and sustainable. If you want to learn calisthenics skills, build an aesthetic body, or improve overall fitness without needing a gym, I’ll guide you with a structured and supportive approach.

My calisthenics classes are designed for beginners and intermediate learners who want to build strength, mobility, and an aesthetic physique using bodyweight exercises only—no expensive gym equipment required.

What you’ll learn:

Proper form & progressions for push-ups, pull-ups, dips, squats, core work.
Step-by-step skills like handstands, muscle-ups, and planche basics.
Mobility, flexibility, and injury-prevention routines.
Personalized training plans based on your current strength level.

Class Format:
1 hour sessions (warm-up, skill training, strength circuits, cool-down).
Online via Google Meet/Zoom.
Daily or alternate-day plans as per your schedule.
