About Anele Wiseman
A dynamic and social scientist, facilitator, assessor, tutor, training material developer and SACE
registered COMMERCIAL educator with multi-tasking and facilitation abilities, excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, able to interact in various levels and in different languages. With over 10 years of
training, teaching and tutoring experience I have been involved with different formal learning
institutions, municipalities and organizations and in different sectors of economy.
My line of work included facilitating trainings and assessments, developing and executing training implementation plans, coordinating trainings, aligning learning material with organisational or project aims and needs, training the trainers, identifying training needs for non-accredited programmes, supervising or supporting junior facilitators, bookings for venues, accommodation and transportation of learning material, coordinating and reporting for different stages of project.

a)“ Strategic Planning and Program Management for Professional Development (25%)”
I am best in both verbal and written communication, following instructions for specified target, evaluate learning material for the benefit or satisfaction of involved stakeholdes, life long learning and action research, reporting according to organisational procedures, applying strategic and managerial decisions and adaptive person. Out of 25 % I am sure of 20% achievement with forcast for improvement.
b)“ Development and Implementation of Training Courses (25%) ”
I am able to execute approved training plans by means of training delivery or facilitation sessions and using relevant aids , assessment and reporting to relevant stakeholders, evaluate and report alignment of training material, communicate through approved structure. Support training needs by means of action research and reporting. I am sure of 20 % out of 25 with forcast for improvement
c)“ Ubunye Regional Training Center (URTC) Supervision and Management (25%) ”
I believe my personal and educational traits led me to be able to build one’s interllectual and moral discipline with high influence from my interpersonal skills and being team player.
I am also someone who likes being coached for the benefit of life long learning and question issues for the aim of accomplishing given task. I am easy to approach and prepared and flexible for quality improvement measures.
d)Financial Administration ( 15 % )
I am able to apply and manage cost-effective method regarding incured expense for the benefit of accomplishing a project, Using budget ( Flexible budget), I can rely on accual and expected measure to execute services required and approved by accounts, keep record of slips and any other proof of expenditure for financial reporting purposes, prepare and submit financial reports on my mandate as per oganisational procedures and monitor financial spending on low cost. Out of 15% I give my self 15% with reference to co-ordinating training that included bookings ( Venues, Accomodation, transportation or travelling, stationary or office supplies etc) and broadly method of payment was endorsed and processed by accounts or finance department.
e)Employee engagement and capacity building ( 10 % )
I am best in communication skills, participate in employee engagement programmes and advise where possible, I am best in facilitation and mentoring using various methods, I am linguistic to accommodate different individuals during induction and orientation, I have welcoming and smooth personality and confident enough to present infront of audience of atleast 150 individuals, I always assess my individual role and support team goal.
Out of 10 % I give myself 10%.

My teaching methodology is adult learning theory, I approach my class by recognizing what they already know about our subject matter...I then then build one's intellectual and moral discipline on top of that prior knowledge.
