About Henry

I studied Mathematics & Statistics at university and have always enjoyed the problem-solving side of maths, as well as helping other people understand concepts in a clearer and less stressful way.

Outside of tutoring, I’ve worked in digital marketing and spend a lot of time travelling and working remotely, which has helped me become adaptable, patient and easy to communicate with. I understand that every student learns differently, so I try to create a calm and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence over time.

About the lesson

I’m a UK Maths & Statistics graduate offering calm, supportive online GCSE maths lessons. I know maths can sometimes feel overwhelming or intimidating, so my approach is focused on building confidence through clear explanations and a relaxed learning environment.

My lessons are adapted to each student’s level and pace, whether you need help understanding core concepts, preparing for exams, or improving problem-solving skills. I aim to make lessons feel comfortable and approachable while helping students develop a stronger understanding of maths over time.

I went to university with Henry and struggled with mathematics throughout my studies. He had a remarkable ability to break down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand concepts, which made a huge difference to my learning.

Even years later, throughout my career, Henry has continued to provide exceptional tutoring and support. His talent for turning difficult mathematical problems into manageable, understandable steps is second to none. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their confidence and ability in maths.
