About Jim
A lifelong student of the healing arts with over twenty-five years of personal qigong and Meditation practice, I design my classes to give people the ability to create
health and peace of mind for themselves. With fifteen years of teaching, I have gained the understanding that I learn as much from my students as they do from me.
My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing people smile after practice, knowing that the student has the tools and ability to drop stress quickly, improve their health, and restore their vital energy.
