About Vienna
I'm a first-year undergraduate student at Cambridge University studying English. In my GCSE's, I achieved a 9 in English literature and a 9 in English language. For my A-Levels I achieved A*A*A* in English literature, History, and History of Art. For my English literature A-Level, I achieved 368/375 marks, with one of my papers being awarded full marks (150/150) and achieving 24/25 and 25/25 respectively in my coursework.
I can offer exam preparation support for GCSEs/A-Levels in English literature and I'm here to offer constructive feedback to help improve my tutee's confidence in the subject. The most important aspect that helped me with my English studies thus far was an understanding of the exam board's mark scheme and understanding how to write an effective introduction.
I'm also happy to offer tailored advice for those applying to Oxbridge to study English literature.

I'm able to teach 1-2 hours a week on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, as well as Saturday/Sunday.
During a lesson, we might:
- go through an essay together and discuss ways to improve
- discuss what techniques to use when analysing an unseen prose/poetry/drama
- carefully break down mark schemes and look at sample essays to understand what content is needed to make up an essay
- discuss exam preparation techniques for memorising quotes, tackling different kinds of questions, and analysing unseen texts
