About Luke
I am an actor and writer based in Streatham with a degree in English Literature from the University of Cambridge.
My aim is to inspire students to reach their full potential through sharing the enthusiasm and knowledge I have for the subject.
I love to teach. I have taught students from Year 1 right up to University level and my wider experience ranges from music tuition with primary school pupils to theatre workshops with students in India, Nepal, the United States and the UK.
I used to work at The Polka Theatre - a children's theatre that provides world-class productions for kids to enjoy - and am fully DBS checked.
At 13, I gained a scholarship to King's College School in Wimbledon where I would later take the International Baccalaureate. I can assist with personal statements, more general applications to university, and give advice on extended projects if required.
I focus on engaging with students so they learn to think critically and ultimately develop a love for learning.

Perfect! English tutoring
